I'm stuck in an endless login loop. We have a Meta Quest 3, predominately my 11 year old son uses it. We created an initial account and had been using it no issues. Then he received a message saying he needs to confirm his age. I created an account and completed the parent set up via the horizon app however this just leads to me login to the account i created and i can't see anywhere where his account is linked. The headset is logged in through his email and asks for him to go to meta.com/device to login and it will provide a code to login through the headset. However when trying to login to his account through either the app or browser it says "account temporarily unavailable".
I've looked at a couple of forums and troubleshoot guides but haven’t found anything similar to this loop I am stuck in. I've tried a factory reset but the headset remains logged into his account and shows me the same screen.
Anyone experienced something similar, or can help me troubleshoot this?
