Logitech MX Mini Keyboard - Not found in Meta Horizon Workrooms

As the title suggests, I have a Logitech MX Mini in black. 

When I try and use this as a tracked keyboard in Meta Horizon Workrooms it just says "Looking for keyboard" indefinitely and nothing ever appears, so I'm forced to use it in passthrough mode.

Do you have to connect the keyboard via Bluetooth to the headset? I would have thought as it's working with the PC you don't but the instructions aren't clear. 

Please advise.

Hey @one3rdnerd! Thank you for reaching out on the matter. We see here that you have the Logitech MX mini in black. That specific keyboard that you have doesn't seem to be supported. If the keyboard is not on our list of supported ones it can be the reason you are coming across issues using it. Click here to view the list of our supported keyboards. Is there any chance Meta will add support to the black keyboard? It's looks silly that the grey keyboard is supported and the black keyboard (which has slightly darker background colour) isn't. Do you happen to know if this is a hardware problem (i.e. the keyboard ID denounces it as "black" and thus can't connect) or a computer vision problem (i.e. the model won't recognize the keyboard due to the lack of contrast between the background and the keys)?

@MetaQuestSupportI got my answer: it's a computer vision issue. Will Meta ever work on it?

@one3rdnerdIf you are dead set into getting the black MX Mini working, there is a physical workaround for that: paint the "key board" gray and voilà!
