Today I received Logitech Mx Ink and paired it with Quest 3. After pairing it unpairs my controllers.
If I pair the controllers again it unpairs my stylus.
Is this how it's supposed to work? Because if so, I'm returning it.
On PTC v71.

Hey @barabba9174!
I haven't got my hands on the stylus yet but as I understand, it should work simultaneously with the controllers to promote seamless switching. Could you try rolling off of the PTC build and attempting the paring process again to see if it helps? It may be an issue with the connection alongside PTC v71.
Thanks!

I contacted Meta. The stylus works simultaneously with the Quest 3 controllers, but not with the Quest Pro controllers connected to Quest 3.
I have to return the stylus.

Is it confirmed? The Logitech MX ink does not work with Quest Pro at all? How is this even remotely possible?
I am sitting here with a brand new Logitech stylus and it is not appearing on my Quest Pro. When you were in contact with Meta support, did they state that no software update for this was possible / coming?

Hey @Santaklas!
I double checked the Quest Store page found here and it appears that the Stylus is compatible with the Quest 3, Quest 3S and Quest 2. As per the store, it seems that it is not compatible with the Quest Pro unfortunately.
I hope this helps!

I know, but I use Quest 3 with Touch Pro controllers.

OK. Thanks for the info. Deep breath... How is this even remotely possible? I dropped $1500 for this headset on day one, and boy do I feel like a sucker. Can anyone with some technical knowhow give me some hint of how something like this can happen?

I have just discovered the same thing. Quest 3 headset. Connect the pen and it disconnects the Pro controllers.
Connects the controllers back and is disconnects the pen...

Hi there @Bungeec0w,
We understand that this is not the answer you were hoping for, but unfortunately the Logitech Stylus is not compatible with the Quest Pro as well as the Pro Touch controllers.
The Logitech stylus is however compatible with the Quest 3S, Quest 3 and Quest 2.
We hope this has helped you out.

Please update the store to make this clear for other customers. It should say that it will not work in conjunction with the Quest 3/2 if use with Pro Controllers.
Although I don't understand why, its clearly the same technology
