Lone Echo (first one) issue / game stuck

Dear All, I recently bought Lone Echo (I own Oculus Quest 2). The game stuck at the beginning and I'm not sure what to do. Once I'm called to the bridge window to see something I go there and nothing happens. I see the "object" on Saturn ("Unknown"), but nothing happens further, no dialogue, nothing. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hey there, @Serg_79! We see you have some concerns about playing Lone Echo on your Quest 2. We'd love to help clear some things up for you, so lets get right to it!

To begin, if you're attempting to play Lone Echo on your Quest 2 in standalone, this would explain why you're experiencing issues. Lone Echo was designed to be played on the Rift platform, so in order to play it on your headset you would need to connect to a compatible PC. You can either use a Link cable or Air Link to connect, and it would have to be a PC that meets the Link requirements in this support article.

If you do not have a compatible PC to play Lone Echo on your Quest 2 and would like to request a refund, you can find the steps to do that and requirements for eligibility here. Please let us know if you have anymore questions or concerns!

Hi, thank you, but I have compatible PC and it's not the first game I play view AirLink. Any ideas why it's stuck and if there is something can be done about it? It's basically as described - the character is asked to fly to the bridge window and look outside - I do this and nothing happens,

Thanks for keeping us updated, @Serg_79! Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game? If you have and you're still having this issue, we recommend reaching out to the developers as they should have a better idea as to why the game is stuck. We've found the best way to get in contact with support for Lone Echo is via their Discord. We hope this helps and you're able to fully enjoy Lone Echo soon!
