I didn't update my Meta account in time to show that I am older than 13 years old (I'm 47). When I try logging into my account it says that is suspended but doesn't give me anything to appeal. I have a meta quest 3 and I am unable to use it. I have set up a new account with a new email address but I am struggling to re pair my Quest to this new account......I'm in a loop from hell as all the instructions I get don't work. Can someone please help so I can 1) use my headset 2) potentially get the games I have paid for. Thankyou
