I am posting here because I lost access to my legitimate business page on Facebook, and I cannot find any way to get help from Meta support.
Here is what happened:
A former employee was the admin of our business page.
Even after trying to remove them, their name and email are still linked to the account.
When I try to recover access or reset the password, the recovery email still shows their name.
I cannot request removal, reclaim the page, or get any response from Meta.
The Meta Business Suite does not show any issues, but I still cannot manage the page.
Since there is no direct support from Meta, I am asking here: Has anyone successfully recovered a business page in a similar situation? Any advice or alternative methods would be very helpful.
