Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with verifying our Meta Business account, and I’m hoping to get some guidance or support here. The account is linked to an email address that no longer exists, which prevents us from completing the required verification.
Background:
Our Meta Business account is associated with the email address service4charger@example.com, but this address is no longer active or accessible. When I try to log in to Facebook or Meta using this email, I receive a message stating that no account is found.
Previously, our Instagram account was linked to the email mm@service4charger.de, and I was able to update this to our current email address successfully. However, within the Meta Business Suite, the verification email is still being sent to the inactive service4charger@example.com, which blocks us from verifying the account.

We urgently need assistance to verify our Meta Business account. Specifically, we need help either updating the email address associated with the account or finding another way to complete the verification. Unfortunately, the person who originally created the account is no longer with our company, and we have no access to their credentials.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or solutions to resolve this issue. Is there a way to update the email address for the Business account or escalate this issue to Meta support?
