My nephew recently factory reset our Quest 2 to clean it and reinstall the games. We now can't find the games anywhere. I had a chat session with an Oculus tech and he asked if we had backup to the cloud on. I have no idea if we did or didn't, but I would not think that would affect the total games just the game play stats. He made it sound like we were out of luck. We had quit a few games and spent much money on them. There has to be a way that they can see our past purchases and allow us to download them. Has anyone run into this or has a solution?

If you purchased your games you should see them in the store from the Headset and when you highlight the ones you purchased you should get the install option.
Its normal on a factory reset that your games get wiped .. But they will still be on your account for re-installation.
Unless you backed up your saves etc you will lose those .. Perhaps that was what Oculus was referring to.

I factory reset my headset and all previously purchased apps are gone. I tried to follow the advice given however, I am cannot find the “send message” icon.
