Hello,
I had a new phone and lost access to my authenticator thus making my account inaccessible, the email is: (redacted)
I contacted meta support 11 days ago and sent in my driver's licence etc as requested, I have heard absolutely nothing back what so ever. Can anyone here help?

Best you'll get is maybe a response on here about how they want to help, without any follow up or actual assistance. Very unfortunate.
