I've been having several issues to which Support recommended I perform a Factory Reset. After doing so, once Beat Saber was reinstalled, all my previous progress is gone as are the in-game purchases I had made (song packs). What's weird is on Leaderboard it still shows all of my accomplishments from the game. Is all this stuff NOT tied together?
Any guidance on retrieving my progress and in-app purchases is much appreciated.
Sorry, but other then the Leaderboard, which is a central server (I think) your progress is part of a local save. It sucks, but you have to start from scratch. Songs you bought though, you can redownload at no additional cost. You already paid for them.
