I'm unsure if this is the right place for this, but I am having incredible difficulty contacting Meta in the slightest about regaining access to a Company page account.
I have recently come into a Marketing position and the Facebook account has been lost in time, with no one knowing who owns the page. I have requested access to it, I have messaged the page, the company has messaged the employer at the time who has stated they redacted access to it.
So I am really lost! I've not been able to contact anyone about this, but I do know the process of regaining access to an account as I have previously done this for another company. I just can't get anyone to initiate contact with?
Could someone please reach out and assist me with this?

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
