Lost access to Meta Account due to changing phone numbers

I have lost access to my Meta Account due to losing access to my previous phone number/phone. I tried to back up my authenticator app but it did not transfer my 2 factor to Meta to my new phone. The old phone has since been wiped so I am perfectly stuck : - ( Any help getting another way set up to recover my account would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. I had to set up a new account just to login to this forum so that I could post about my issue

you should talk to support, they are able to help you recover your account.

send a PM @MetaQuestSupport 

click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.
