Lost all games after a factory reset

So this happened a while back, but my oculus quest 2 was being really slow and buggy and a normal reset wasn't working to fix the issue. I decided to factory reset the headset and the headset worked perfectly after. However, all my games were gone, which I expected, but when I went to redownload my games it only gave me the option to repurchase them. I tried logging into the other account on the headset and it was the same. I'm pretty sure I purchased these games on one of those two accounts and would really appreciate any help I can get.

I just tried to use my Oculus 2 for the first time in a couple of months and everything is gone. All the games I’d purchased and the 2 gift cards I’d loaded into my account. What the heck happened?!?!?
