Hi I recently powered up my quest after 3 years. After an annoying pairing process and logging in, I can’t find any of my games. It’s like a fresh account.
how do I get help recovering my purchases?

Did you convert to a Meta account? If you didn't, the chances are your old Oculus account was deleted earlier this year, as signposted a number of times. If you contact support with evidence of your game purchases, they may be able to do something for the new account.

Is that a joke? So we just had our old Oculus accounts / games deleted because we weren't fast enough?? Then WE have to prove we bought the games??

....... because we weren't fast enough??
The support for Oculus accounts ended by December 2022.
2024 people received emails as a last reminder to convert their accounts until end of March because those accounts will be deleted,
More than a year for doing some clicks.....you didn't have to be very fast😉

so us for not paying attention to our emails? Didn't think this would be an issue, will just have to see how they handle it in small claims court.

Email is the way - the only way - for Oculus/Meta to reach out to you personally.
Nobody expect that you check your emails daily..... but not doing it for months sounds strange.
Anyways...... maybe support is still able to restore your account/games.
Send a PM @MetaQuestSupport.
Click on their name and then click the "send message" button.
