Lost contact the headset says start configuration on another device

We bought meta quest 2 in november and havent had any problems but yesterday it seems we lost contact. The app finds the headset but the headset says an error has occured start config on another devise. When trying to pair the app asks for 5 digit code but that doesnt appear in the headset only the same message as above.. We have restarted the phone (samsung) and the headset several times.. Please can anyone help??

Hi guys, it seems like this has been an issue with a few users recently. Please sign out of your account within the mobile app while the headset is off. After you're signed out, continue the usual start-up process and it should work once again.

Please let me know if you continue having issues, I would love to let our engineers know about this issue as quickly as possible!
