I wanted to say for the past month I haven’t been able to play with any games that I’ve played for. The email “ritznjif” or “ritznjif2011” is a 2nd part of the vr with another account being an admin, I use both accounts and I can’t switch to the unadmin account. So I currently can only play applab games, and can’t install anything because I didn’t know what a factory reset was, and did it on accident. Can you please help me with finding my admin email account, because I have only had this vr headset since last Christmas (2022 Christmas) so I haven’t been able to use the vr for a year, so that’s almost 500$ down the drain. So can you please help me out.@meta
