I need to know if the Lost Tracking is an issue that can be resolved with support or if I need to return the device. I’ve changed batteries in controllers and rebooted the device but to no avail…still get the message Headset Lost Tracking
please help, thank you!

@AirStrykher make sure all the camera lenses are clean. if you factory reset the headset and the issue is still present then it sounds like you'll have to return the headset either to the retailer or meta depending on the warranty.

Thank you. I reached out to MQ and tried a bunch of troubleshooting including your suggestion and turns out I’ll need a replacement. It’s less than a month old, never been dropped or misused either.
