Also a big fan of receiving emails in the middle of the night to tell me your terms and conditions have been updated for the zillionth time.

How do i unsubscribe  ?

I guess you and Meta are simply in different time zones of the world.

You can read the emails at a time that is more pleasant for you.

Hi @Enduron! We hope you are keeping well! We understand that no one is a fan of receiving emails on the middle of the night! But don't worry that's an easy fix.

You just have to go to your Meta Quest notifications from an Internet browser. If you aren't logged in to your account, you'll be asked to log in first. Scroll down to the Consumer marketing section of the page. Here, you can untick any boxes next to the types of emails you don't want to receive.

I already unticked all those boxes - right after i set up the account which, wouldn't you know it, also asks for my birth date. I'm pretty sure Meta knows what time zone i'm in (and what colour socks i've got on right now)
