META Quest Support Refusing to Replace Defective Unit

Hello!

I have shipped my defective Meta Quest Pro VR Headset (battery performance related issue) using FedEx as per instructed. I noticed that multiple agents were handling my case, all responses seems like botted / AI / non-human and very repetitive and identical. They were saying there are inconsistencies with my case which they do not provide specific details. It has been way more than 8 - 12 days, exceeding the expected timeframe, for my replacement unit to be shipped. Multiple agents also confirmed the unit has been received in their warehouse successfully and then all of a sudden, they do not want to provide me the replacement unit anymore.

Is there anything else that I can do? By the way, I communicated with them via email support ticket and chat.
