My business has an Instagram, I've raised it into 15k followers, then Instagram disabled my account by mistake. I reached out to the Meta support for helping me review my case. They ALWAYS SAY THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT IN 24-48 HOURS. BUT IT'S BEEN 11 DAYS NOW, Everytime I reached out, they ALWAYS said that my account is about to be active again, THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME HOPE. But then, NOTHING HAPPENED, My account is still disabled and no-one in the META SUPPORT ACTUALLY HELPED, THEY DONT HELP AT ALL.
They just acted like they are helping you but in fact, they dont, they dont help AT ALL, they just tell you that they help so that you wouldn't reviewed them bad, but they're really bad
