Meta Quest Link App Version 76.0.0.396.315 (76.0.0.396.315)
Everyone is trying to resolve the Mysterious [Oculus VR Library Service]. It shows up in Event Viewer as a problem. Then, when people try to start it (thinking it's supposed to be started) do whatever it takes to turn it on, like disabling the Quality Audio service..
We need straight answers.
1.) Does [Oculus VR Library Service] need to be started, because it will not?
2.) Should it be set to Manual or Automatic?

I have think you should set this to auto. It normally is set to auto by default (maybe you’ve been mucking around with its services settings?).
If this is still a problem then I suggest you try reinstalling the Oculus drivers (google how to do this).
Alternatively you may want to try exiting the meta link beta which should take you back to v74 and see if that works ok. Generally if you’re enrolled in PTC v76 on your headset, matching it with the beta meta link option is best, but not always.
I actually prefer and recommend you stay out of PTC and wait for stable non-PTC to come out.
Otherwise, contact meta support including your log files (google how to do this). Good luck mate and cheers.
