I was testing out the Cinematic casting option in the Meta Quest Developer Hub to record my Quest 3S footage with higher FOV and quality, but even in the lowest resolution settings my headset will start lagging and be choppy and the casting will start to be not up to target framerate, but there aren't any problems when I use the original (1:1) or the cropped 16:9 format. How do I fix this?

i got it temporarily working for about a day by plugging my cable into another slot on my motherboard, but then just an hour ago it started being choppy again and my pc setup is not the worst; i have a 3060, 64 gb ram, amd 5 5600, so i don't know what the problem is. i even tried factory resetting my headset and trying another link cable and it didn't work lol

I solved the problem with Cinematic Mode in Quest 3s. I determined that it was an issue with the refresh rate and used QGO to change the recording settings with Cinematic Casting enabled. The results were satisfactory. QGO does require a reset after every reboot, but I found this to be more of a firmware flaw than a device flaw.
