how solve this problem? when i connect quest 3 via usb c to the motherboard is seen as 2.0 no problem so far with usb a, is seen as 3.0 but i want connect to usb c any solution? i'm on windows 10
Maybe try updating your motherboard bios. Sorry, all I can think of.

You need a proper usb3 cable, not the charge cable that came with your Q3.
