MULTIPLE Bad Refurbished Headsets on Warranty Claim

I’m posting here to try to help my partner. They purchased a Quest 3 last fall. They used it for 6+ months without issue and then one day it “bricked” and just stopped working. They did a warranty claim and got a new headset and the next 2 that came also bricked within an hour of using. The last one that arrived yesterday has a broken speaker. The next headset will be the FIFTH one. We are at our wit’s end with Meta sending bad headsets for replacement on the warranty. What can we do about this?

Ha! At least you got something ... Meta has been abusing us for almost a month and we are being ghosted AGAIN!!! NO replies, no action, no Quest 3. They make us jump through hoops then ghost us. I'm now seeing this is typical and I will most likely never buy another Meta product. There is one working Quest 3 in this house and it will probably be my last Meta purchase. I'd rather lose $500 than lose $500 AND be tortured by time-wasting "support" for over 3 weeks straight with no end in sight.
