MY AVATAR WAS CHANGED to a bald pale guy.

After the most recent update my avatar was changed to another avatar.  How to I retrieve the last avatar?

Hey @Cute_Tech, we'd love to jump in and help out! Losing your saved Avatar is certainly disheartening. We want everyone to be able to express themselves through Avatar, so we'd love to look into what can be done to get you back to your previous Avatar! While the Avatar might not be saved for you to access again now, you can always customize your Avatar by completing the following steps:

  • Press the Oculus button on your right controller to pull up the first menu.
  • Locate the Profile icon in the bottom left of the menu.
  • On your Profile page, press "Edit Avatar"

Once you're done editing your Avatar,  don't forget to press the "Save" button! Hope this was able to help out! If not, and you still need assistance, please feel free to reach back out. Hope your day is great, and happy gaming!

The just happened to me. Is there a fix? My avatar is the same in my mobile app, but it’s a gray bald guy on the headset. 

Hey there, @PhillyDawn! We definitely want for you to be comfortable with your Quest avatar! Have you tried editing your avatar with the instructions we sent in the thread previously? You should be able to set it back to the same cosmetic options you were using before. Please let us know if you run into any trouble!
