Mac Mini - Crash on Boot

Mike1101

Cross-post but no reply on previous forum.

I have a Mid-2011 Mac Mini that keeps crashing on boot (kernel panic) when the rift is plugged it. Machine keeps restarting until I unplug the headset. Have latest SDK / firmware. DK2. OS X Yosemite.

Thanks.

We don't install anything kernel or system level on OS X. It's highly likely this is an OS or hardware level fault. What happens when you plug in an additional regular monitor?

My apologies for the delay as well.

I will have to try connect it to another HDMI device. That's interesting ...

Thanks for the reply.
