The Party Up Quest is still broken, it requires using the Party Up Gesture to get the Quest item, this is a Main Horizon Quest and it appears that until you complete this Quest you cannot complete any other Main Quests and you cannot obtain the item for the Quest because the required Party Up gesture is broken and apparently has been broken since the New Avatar Update. Can Meta please do something about this??! Its very annoying and poor look to have something that is not obtainable.
