Making new oculus account for quest 2

My facebook was hacked and then permanently deleted by facebook.  There is no one to contact about this as it shouldnt havent been deactivated... but now my problem is I made a new facebook and we cannot use the oculus now.  We bought things amd everything is not accessible and it wont even let us connect the new account.  How is this fixed?
