Managing multiple headsets in Middle/High School Education

We have purchased 8xQuest 3 headsets to use in our schools and are looking for the safest way to manage.

Is it best to create a generic account to use on all 8 devices, or create a unique account for all?  We need to be able to manage adding apps centrally on all 8 devices.

How are schools best managing to ensure that students don't add their own accounts to the device?  Will parental controls work for this?  We looked into Oculus for Business after we had purchased these headsets as the management system looks to be similar to what we're looking for, but it looks like these need to be headsets specific to Oculus for Business - please correct me if I'm wrong.

Any advice and experience is welcomed!

Thank you - I'm having a difficult time finding accurate pricing online.  Can you please confirm the price per headset to enrol in Meta for Business when we currently own the headsets?  As well, do apps need to be purchased for each unique headset, or does the license apply to all managed headsets?  Is there a way to see a good demo of this platform?  I've reached out via support on the Meta Quest for Business site several times over the past couple weeks, but have not received clear information.

Hello and thank you for your links. But could you please clarify if we already have Oculus Quest 3 headsets, we can't use them for Oculus for Business?

Yes, you can certainly feel free to use your existing headsets for your Quest for Business account. You just need to enroll the device into Meta Quest for Business.
