Meta needs to resolve this issue. After forcing mandatory updates on Quest Pro controllers they brick them and force the users to buy replacements. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against Meta for this.
The common issue is after update controllers fail to pair (blinking white and purple ), many people have faced the same problem with no resolution.
It is unacceptable for Meta to forcefully take your device and brick it.
