Hi DHL is reqesting a MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for the Meta Quest 2 headset. This is for sending the headset back to Norway from a client in South Korea. Is there any souch documents for this headset? Any one that knows? Can't find this anywhere

The links provided before by Support are all the info and safety sheets that are made available. Outside of that, we aren't able to assist in this specific shipping issue as it falls outside of our scope of support. I would check with DHL or other shipping companies to see what options are available to you.

We wanted to follow up with you and see if you were able to find your MSDS sheet or to see if you needed some help in the matter. If, by chance, you or anyone else is having some troubles finding the sheet, we've included a link here: Meta Quest 2 Health and Safety Manual
From that link you'll want to click the applicable language and then go to page 8. There you'll find the page regarding the battery and how to handle it.
Let us know if there's anything we can do to help!

Hi, thanks for the reply 🙂 Unfortunatly I’ve allready tried these documents and pages, but DHL doesn’t accept them for some strange reason. They claims that it’s not the right ones

So you as Oculus do not have the full specifications of your own equipment ? I have the same problem
courier whant form me full of spoecification of goods, especially the battery

I have shared the informations from your link. but it doesn't work. cos it needs the battery documents from the part "Transportation Information" and "Applicability to Other Countries", the baterry documents call MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet), UN38.3 test report, UN38.3 test summary, Identification and Classification Report for Air Transport Goods. It is urgent. please help to share, thank you very much.
