Me and my friend can't hear each other in voice call

I am unable to hear my friend in a call same with him, we both updated to the latest update but ever since this latest update and before it we are unable to hear each other, we both have Quest 3. Any Ideas how to fix that?

Troubleshooting Audio Issues

• Ensure the volume is not muted or turned down too low
• Try headphones to see if there is audio
• Test with multiple games/apps
• Reboot the headset
  1. With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen.
  2. Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.
• Last resort: Factory reset
  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

Troubleshooting Microphone Issues
 

• Make sure the microphone is clean and not obstructed (the microphone is 2 pinholes located a few inches apart one on either side of the nose)
• Reboot the headset
• Test with multiple games/apps
• Reset Microphone
  • This setting can be found:
    Settings > System > Sound > Toggle Microphone
• Last resort: Factory reset
