I have received a replacement Quest 3, and I have a meta account, and I can log into this account on a PC, the new device is also registered ok.
My quest 3 is set up but the store is not loading, I have tried to download the mobile horizon app but when I try logging into this app with the email address option an error message says an error occurred. please try again.
Any ideas?
