So I am trying to conduct a meeting with my team and when they join the video call they can not see anything inside the virtual reality environment. They are only seeing a black screen, how can i fix this issue?

For some additional context, This issue is being experienced through Horizon Workrooms

We know how important it is to be able to use your device as you intended and want to get you pointed in the right direction. If we could start off by asking some questions that could help us better see what is going on. Could you please reply to the following:
