Menu disappears after closing any app on second account

Hello,

I've been using my Quest 3 since June with not too many issues. I just added an account to the device for a family member to use, but a new issue appeared that only happens on the new account. Whenever they close an app, the menu disappears and won't appear again. You can spam the meta button, but even though the report popup makes a sound, the menu still doesn't appear. When putting on the headset, you can maybe see the menu for a split second, then it disappears. The only solution is to hold the power button to restart the device(sleep mode isn't enough).

 

So basically they have to restart the device whenever they want to switch apps. I already tried doing a factory reset, but the issue still persists. This may be some issue with multiple accounts on the device or something. Anything we can do to fix this? Thank you.

many people are facing that issue currently....V74 is buggy for additional accounts on the headset.

There si nothing you can do other then sending a bug report and hoping Meta get this fixed soon.

You already did a factory reset - which fixed some of the problems for second accounts - just not the issue of the missing menu and that you must restart the headset every time after closing an app.🙁
