Merge old Facebook account to newly created Meta account

I created a Meta account Before seeing that there was a procedure for transferring my stuff from the original Facebook sign in for my Oculus. Is there an easy way to have my games and stuff merged or transferred from that Facebook one to the newly created Meta account?

If its easier to just follow the procedure to unlink my Facebook account and create ANOTHER Meta account I will do so.

We know that account merging can be a little tedious, and we would like to step in and help out. In regards to your question, there is not a way to transfer games from one account to another. Instead of attempting the unlinking procedure, you will need to login to the original account to have access to all of your information.
