I need some assistance, I had an Oculus account that I merged some time ago with my facebook account. When I try to login with my Facebook account, I receive a prompt stating "Create a Meta account with your Facebook account?" if I select "Yes, continue" I receive the message "Email not available: This email is associated with an existing VR account. To move your existing VR apps and infor to a new Meta account, go to meta.com/websetup and log in with your Oculus or Facebook account.
1. Oculus - when I go there and log in with my Oculus account I receive the message "you merged this oculus account with a Facebook account. Please go back and log in with Facebook"
2. Facebook - I receive "The account you logged in with doesn't have VR apps and info we can move to a Meta account. If you've already set up a Meta account, go to auth.meta.com/login to log in. if you haven't, log in with the account you use for vr"
when I return to that sit I am directed back to meta.com/websetup creating a circular argument. I think something happened during my merge. I gave up a while back my kids are beating me up wanting to play the Oculus. Can someone please help!
P.S. I had to create another account for the purposes of posting this message since I was unable to sign into my account to create a message.
