Can anyone please help, while trying to load chess club and only chess club, I get an error warning saying no Internet connection but when I go into my setting it clearly states strong Internet. This error i can clear off screen but sometimes will not let me go any further or crashes my game . I have tried to get help . Have checked my serial number to see if it is one of the errors they are talking about now . But it is not and don't qualify for a replacement. No-one can seem to help.
