New Quest 2 owner. Had convos with business partner via Oculus Chat, and was unable to figure out how to clear those convos out - looked in settings everywhere. Thanks in advance

Thanks for reaching back out and trying those for us. We get how all of this can be concerning and we do want to get this all situated for you. We want for you to report this bug to our developers so they can take a look at and get it fixed. You can go here to learn how to report a bug.
Hopefully we can get this fixed and you can get rid of those chats soon.

I've done that and the messages keep appearing back every time I do that and it's refusing to be gone even after I have blocked the person

Hey @Jacex1652x. Thanks for trying those steps that another member put in the thread. We'll like for you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that can fix it.

I have the exact same problem!
it’s been since the last update
so annoying, they disappear for a few seconds then come back!

I’ve repotted the bug, twice over the last week

Since the update, Any chats i delete keep reappearing!
I've deleted and reinstalled the app, done a hard reset on my phone ect
they delete then a few seconds later reappear!
so annoying

Hey there @Bimbo_Spice! Just wanted to check in and see If you're still experiencing the issue deleting messages.
Update: A fix for this issue should be out at the moment. I recommend attempting to reinstall the Meta Quest Mobile app and seeing if you're able to delete messages. Please let me know if you're still having issues with this here. Thanks!

This is exactly the problem I am having and why I’m in here. It’s only since the conversion or oculus to meta or whatever it was. I had issues with connecting the 2 accounts for a month.

I am. I delete the message. It will ask me to confirm delete. I hit delete. It disappears then Reappears. I’ve done it 20 times. Closed it and reopened it. Tried again. Tried in the headset which used to be an option and now it’s not. Just block or report but no delete. How ? Please help us fix this. Thank you ❤️
