Meta 2 screen stuck after factory rest.

I attempted to locate a similar issue and wanted to solve it before resulting to this.

My entire screen one day became stuck. Normally can look around and the appearance is what ever you're looking at stays center while you can look around. Now, no matter which way I move it stays with me. I turned the device on and off multiple times and eventually did a factory reset. The screen still stays with me during setup and my controllers won't pair now. 

I  wish I could explain it better, but no matter which way I look, the screen stays with me as if it's stuck and won't allow me to do anything. And with the controllers not being able to pair, I'm not sure what to do. 

A couple things as of now, when using the app on my phone, it says the controllers are paired, but both controllers still constantly vibrate and light up under the meta logo. I allowed the device to run out of battery and charge to %100, still nothing. I can't get past the pair section restarting after factory reset and my screen goes black sometimes.

One of the exterior cameras was slighly damaged a year ago, but it was still operable at the time. Time has passed since I was able to use the device, so I can't for the life of me remember what I was doing.

I normally played Pavlov and kept the device up to date..
