My son updated the software on our Meta quest 3 and now it will not turn on. When I attempt to turn it on or use the option of holding down the power button and volume button at the same time it will either do nothing or the screen stays black and the fan blows. At one point I saw the no command error, but that has gone away. It tells me to reset from the app, but that is not an option because it cannot find the device. Any help would be appreciated. We have been unable to use our quest for a few days and that leads to some sad children!
