Meta 3 blurry vision on the top third of both lenses

Hello , 

so to everyone gets an idea this is my fourth meta 3 and I am getting frustrated. The top third of both lenses are blurry like there is a horizontal line and above it everything is blurry, text and colors happens in all games I will try to upload a photo capture from my phone anove the red is blurry and somehow pixelated  . 
tried everything from IPD ,factory rest , changing the spacer and even when holding it up in front  my face I can see the it .

how to know if it is a software or defected unit ??

it is like a curtain of blurriness on the top portion it is very annoying and hurtful

 
Did you find what is it about ? Have had the issue out of the box or was it developed over time ? 

Meta needs to reply too many issues with no answers

It looks no one is facing this is issue , not even meta replied!

I just installed update v71 and it's still bad. Don't count on the support. I had countless chats with no solution. The only thing they suggest to people is a factory reset which is something you can come up with yourself. I will return the device.

I got mine from amazon and they won’t return it as the return period expired and meta support won’t help ,I think I should’ve got 3s rather than this garbage and waste of money 

I’ve read somewhere that the gpu heat destroyed the top part of the lenses don’t know if it’s true or not !? and my meta 3 fans runs consistently 

I got sick of these issues with the meta 3
