At this point Ima planning to return this thing. I have a problems, it’s only a few days old. First day I got it, it charged to 100 no issues. Since, it only charges to 70-80. When the headset is turned completely off, not in sleep it dies in less than an hour. I have tried every fix on this page and Meta has not retuned my emails.

Hello this method did not work but there is a post on the forum that did. It required holding the power and volume button and always powering off with the power button and not the menu. Now it charges perfectly and holds it charge very well. Thank you.
