Hi anyone thanks for reading. I returned 2 meta quest 3 devices weeks ago after many rounds of back and forth with the chat box and a failed WhatsApp, now every contact went through the same rigmarole as the previous ones even though they had the devices each time issuing a new rma oddly kept trying to give me a different serial number for my devices.

i got one device replacement but it's an ongoing struggle to get my replacement for the second device, I'm really at my wits end and would really appreciate any and all advice given, there just seems to be no reasonable way to contact them.
