I returned my Meta Quest 3 headset & they received & acknowledged all was well & that I'd get my money back within 7 days. I reached out after day 7 to find out why I had not received my refund only to be told "they had a problem processing the refund". It's now day 10 and the AI Bots keep emailing me saying they are investigating why my refund wasn't processed & will update me. I'm new to Meta and am concerned that this may be an ongoing issue (I hope not)! Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know how to actually speak to anyone and after reading comments from other users it appears there is no option for real customer support outside of email & chats. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you get your issue resolved (I need my money back)!
