I have been trying to work with Meta Support for over 4 months now to try and get my Meta account created so that I can once again use my Oculus. I have opened 3 cases, worked with countless Meta support people including escalations who have me do the same things over and over again that lead to the same results. I have provided the requested information multiple times, I have provided screenshots showing the step by step experience - 4 months later, I'm still in the same situation with my Oculus being a brick. You would think that Meta would have case management software such that I don't have to provide the same information over and over again and repeat the same steps over and over again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Having worked with major companies and helped customers with their identity management deployments/migrations; the Meta process is an utter disaster. I would not recommend against any enterprise or customer buying a Meta device given the Meta support experience I've had. I won't buy again. Can someone reach out to see how I can finally bring this to a successful conclusion. Glad to get on a call and troubleshoot live.
