Meta Account Locked

Hi, before I knew you could just create a Meta account without FB I created my kid a FB account and did his age thinking it would just be a childrens account, well it ended up connecting the device and everything and then the account got banned for being too young and against TOS. Since I have created a kids Meta account and tied it to my FB, we have lost all the games we had on the headset due to not being able to get into the old account or link it to the new one. Now when trying to add the headset to the new account it tells me its still tied to another account.

I am becoming super frustrated mainly because I know it is a user error problem, and I hate not being able to figure things out. I have went around the circle with trying to speak to someone directly to fix the issue but to no luck. I guess what I am wondering is how can I get that account linked to the new one if it does not let me sign into it because it is locked, and if thats not possible how can I get the device released so I can sync it to the new account. I have factory reset it and it still doesn't work.
