I originally created a meta quest account for the whole family to use. I used our dogs name and a family e-mail address. We have purchased various games but now the account has been locked because I can’t prove my age because the name doesn’t match the credit card details (that have been used for purchases). Can anyone help me recover the account as I cant find any way to contact meta. I have set up a new account in my own name and my youngest son (aged 11) has an account but it’s locked because he’s under 13 but can’t get them linked.
