I don’t know that this can be fixed but the Meta app keeps freezing. I am trying to setup an Oculus 3 and between the headset continuing to just power on and off and the app continuing to freeze, I am just flabbergasted at how bad this new purchase experience has been. If there’s a recommendation to help correct either, please let me know.

For a bit of clarification, were you able to make sure the headset is fully charged? What color is the LED light on your headset when it is plugged up to charge? Also, could you please confirm exactly what is happening in your Meta Quest mobile app? Is it stuck loading when attempting to pair the headset, or is it frozen, in which you need to close out of the app to open it again? Lastly, can you make sure that your phone is compatible to support the Meta Quest mobile app per this article? We'll be looking out for your next update!
