Alice, this comes with all due respect, but I sincerely doubt you have even read one word of the many emails I have sent or any of the posts I have made. I have worked here with Meta Support before, and followed directions as advised in the open forums, as well as through PM. Nothing changes. "Return to Sender could be caused by many different things". All of my information has been provided multiple times. There is nothing strange about my location, and the UPS driver who just delivered my giant box of paper towels agrees. There is no reason why my location would be undeliverable. Simply looking at my post history, and perhaps conferring with your colleagues would bring you to speed on case #06731002. Meta requested my order be returned to sender.

So here we are, on to a new week. I haven't heard anything from Meta since the 12th, and that was an automated message stating that that matter was pending an "update from the internal team". Since then, nothing.
Over the weekend I made my letter of demand.

I've put so much effort into trying deal with meta support.

Could someone at Meta please define their definition of what "immediately" is, because support uses that word an awful lot.

I still have not heard a word back from meta. My emails are not replied to. At this point, what am I to surmise, other than one of the most valuable companies on the planet of earth ripped off a lowly California citizen? It seems impossible, but it happened.
My Pico 4 arrived on Tuesday of this week, and I love it. So surprising that UPS was able to deliver my package (sarcasm). 🙄 The Pico 4 is not quite as good as the Quest 3, obviously, but it does the trick. I totally would recommend it to all of the insanely angry PC SimRacers who have the USB Debris/Water Error.

Once again, here I am back on the forums. Still not one email sent to me. No messages from support. Nothing. Meta has ghosted me. How this can even be possible? All the tickets opened...all of the promised investigations. Those are all just lies. There is absolutely no way that agents at Meta have not seen my situation. Shouldn't this be considered an extreme outlier situation? Just. Wow.
Give my Meta Quest 3 back.
I guess I'll go open another ticket since no one has worked my "assigned" ticket...
